The experience will take fans on a fantastical journey through some of LA’s most iconic landmarks as they search for Bailey, the Kings’ mascot and the most endearing lion in hockey.
The “Where’s Bailey” augmented reality experience, created by internationally recognized muralist and artist Nigel Sussman, brings Sussman’s vision of Los Angeles to life through entertaining animations of well-known LA locations and events, such as the Hockey wood Walk of Fame, a movie premiere complete with paparazzi,
and Bailey’s Donuts’ famous giant donut.
Kings gamegoers at Crypto.com Arena start their journey by scanning a QR code at the enormous 10′ x 20′ artwork on the main concourse, which is located next to the Team LA store.
This will cause their smartphones to launch the “Where’s Bailey” web app. When someone points their phone’s camera at the mural, the picture starts to move.
