London-based Fenchurch Law strengthens its insurance disputes team
Industrial Disputes Act 1947 : London-Based Insurance Now
Jessica Chappell and Isabel Becker are the two new hires to Fenchurch Law’s coverage disputes team in London.
Chappell has been promoted to senior associate by the company. She joins the position with over eight years of expertise handling a variety of commercial litigation cases.
Chappell, who has held roles at Calibrate Law and Partner Law, comes to the company from Davis Woolf, where she was a senior associate.
In the reinsurance and international risks team of the company, Isabel Becker has been appointed as a foreign qualified lawyer. Her prior training was at the German legal practice Bach Langheid Dallmayr, which specialised in international liability and insurance.

The company’s insurance disputes team will be strengthened by the new hires, claims
the legal practice, which was founded to give policyholders and their insurance brokers better access to the legal system in the event that coverage disputes occur.
“Jessica and Isabel both bring with them excellent legal and insurance knowledge with combined experience within the UK and international markets,” says managing partner David Pryce.
In order for Fenchurch Law to fulfill its goal of “levelling the playing field for policyholders,” both will be extremely helpful.
