Launch of a new marine insurance company in London
Marine Electricals Share Price: 30% Launch Company
The founders of Latitude Brokers, Tom Fulford-Smith and Charles Dalton, sold their previous business to Filet-Allard Maritime three years ago. Since then, they have founded a new shipping insurance company named Ai Marine Risk.
A venture capital firm based in London, BP Marsh, has purchased a 30% stake in AI Marine Risk.
Marine hull insurance is the area of expertise for London-based managing general agency Ai Marine Risk.
Jonny Moss, who most recently served as senior underwriter at the London office of Norwegian Hull Club, has joined Ai Marine as chief underwriting officer.
