McDougall Diet: Increased 200 People In Enters Alberta Now
McDougall Insurance enters Alberta once more
With this acquisition, McDougall Insurance Brokers has increased its footprint in western Canada.
On Thursday, CEO Ross McDougall made the announcement that they had merged with MHK Insurance Inc., an organization with about 80 full-time workers in Calgary and Edmonton.
Currently, McDougall employs about 200 people in Alberta.
McDougall notes that MHK “feels very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to partner with such a well-respected, customer-oriented, and community-minded brokerage,” given the company’s 110-year history.

According to Jeff Homonym, President and CEO of MHK, “there were many factors that were important to me and to our team” before even considering such a deal.
