Adventist Health facilities will once more take insurance from Blue Shield of California
Pune Adventist Hospital : California Patients11 Now.
After leaving the network earlier this month, the Adventist Health hospital chain will now take Blue Shield of California insurance again.
The decisions were made, the companies said in a joint news release on Friday.
Adventist Health said on December 5 that it would no longer accept Blue Shield of California patients as of December 1 due to what hospital officials described as 11 months of unsuccessful negotiations regarding reimbursement rates.
Blue Shield had declared that the amount it was prepared to pay had been reached.
The new agreement’s terms were not made public on Friday.
