Stubben Edge and Pulse have partnered to introduce life insurance coverage via the UK-based FinTech company Guernsey PCC.

The Guernsey-based subsidiary of Stubben Edge Group, 1Edge Insurance PCC, is the delivery vehicle for the new Specialist Life insurance coverage from Stubben Edge Group and Pulse Insurance.
The coverage, which will be provided in association with the Netherlands-based reinsurer De Hoop, intends to eventually close a significant gap that frequently falls short of meeting the insurance requirements of particular people.
All pre-existing medical conditions, including cancers, heart problems, mental health issues, high body mass index, cystic fibrosis, organ transplants, HIV, and prolonged COVID, will be covered by the product for individuals.
The maximum amount guaranteed, £850,000, will be restricted to UK residents for a maximum of ten years.
With De Hoop serving as the reinsurer and Pulse Insurance serving as the UK broker, 1Edge will serve as the underwriters for the recently introduced product.
