Introducing Compo International’s new APAC head of claims
Pablo Diego (pictured above) has been appointed by Compo International as the new head of claims for commercial insurance in the Asia Pacific region. He brings with him over ten years of experience in the Singapore insurance sector.
Diago has worked in the insurance industry in Singapore for more than ten years. Throughout his career, he has held important positions at HDI Global, Marsh, and most recently, Crawford and Company.
Head Constable:
In addition, Diago has a law degree from University Carlos III of Madrid, according to LinkedIn, and he was a senior associate at Deloitte before moving into the insurance business.
Diego will report to Paul O’Neill, President of Commercial Lines Insurance, APAC, from his station in Singapore.
“It is critical to have a strong claims function and be a leader in APAC as Sompo International continues to build upon its commercial lines capabilities globally,” O’Neill stated.
Head Bush:
“Pablo’s in-depth knowledge of the risk environment in the area will improve our capacity to fulfil our commitments to business partners and raise the calibre of service we offer to brokers and clients. Welcome to Pablo, a valuable addition to our expanding APAC team.
In other news for the insurance group, Compo and Israeli health startup Ty to Care partnered earlier this year to launch Pompom’s AI-powered remote medical device for senior nursing care services.
