Washington Insurance Commissioner fines a captive
Chief Election Commissioner Of India:fines A New Fined $10,000.
For conducting insurance business in Washington state without being registered as a captive insurer between 2014 and 2021, Geo duck Insurance Group was fined $10,000.
The fine was just one of several that Kreidler levied against insurance producers and companies for breaking state insurance laws and regulations, totalling $305,694.
Commissioner:
More than $39 million in fines have been levied by Kreidler since 2001; the proceeds go towards funding state services through the general fund of the state.
United Healthcare of Oregon, Towers Administrators, GBU Financial, and Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance Company, Columbus, Ohio, were among the other organisations fined in November.
