Apollo Hospitals is currently utilizing Claim Buddy, an insurance tech company, for their new health insurance claim solution.
Claim Buddy, according to a group senior manager, will “expedite claim approvals, reduce paperwork, and enhance the overall efficiency of our insurance desk operations.”
Over 250 hospitals in India are also using the Insurtech solution.
